Our Team

Sheldon Daniel is Managing Director and owner of the UK-based consultancy SXD Leadership Communications. He is a senior specialist consultant in External Relations and Communications with over 15 years of corporate experience at the leadership level, managing teams and coaching executives on government relations, stakeholder relations and media. He has worked extensively in energy and was senior adviser in external affairs advising on international NGO relations with the BP Group at the Global Business Centre in London. As an Executive Coach with a deep understanding of communications from a business and organizational perspective, he has built a credible network in the UK and Caribbean. Over the last 9 years has successfully delivered communications and stakeholder management plans and strategies for energy MNCs, Chambers of Commerce, and other multi-sectoral businesses. 

Sheldon is an unabashed generalist with a fiercely independent spirit. He holds a Master of Business Administration Degree and an MSc in Development Studies from the University of the West Indies. He is an MPhil graduate of the University of Cambridge in Sociology and Politics of Development.  He has worked as a contributing writer for the Economist Intelligence Unit and currently contributes to a leading energy periodical in the Caribbean. Sheldon is a graduate of Meyler Campbell programme which is accredited to the Association of Coaching.
